Grace received her Master's degree in clinical social work from Virginia Commonwealth University and holds a bachelor's degree in social work from James Madison University. She is currently working under the supervision of Lauren Willoughby, LCSW, and is pursuing licensure.

Grace is passionate about collaboration with each client and supporting resilience. Grace believes therapy should be a safe and welcoming experience for everyone, regardless of background. Her approach is strengths-based, solutions-focused, and emphasizes empowerment. Grace has experience providing a variety of outpatient services to adults.

In her free time, Grace enjoys reading, running, and spending time with her family.
