Kaity

Kaity earned her BS in Psychology from East Stroudsburg University and her MA in School Counseling from Regent University. She was a professional school counselor for seven years before transitioning to outpatient counseling. Kaity is now a resident in counseling under the supervision of Amanda Zuccaro, LPC.

Kaity's approach is rooted in a person-centered philosophy: honoring her clients' unique experiences while providing a deeply compassionate, collaborative, and non-judgmental space where they can feel seen. She integrates a holistic, brain-based framework with evidence-based techniques from CBT, DBT, and somatic therapy. Kaity utilizes movement, art, and play to engage with clients creatively. Ultimately, her goal is to empower individuals and families to find joy and reclaim peace in their lives.
