Alexis Pikes - Resident in Counseling
*Located in Hampton and Virtually*
Alexis holds a Master’s degree in Education from Old Dominion University and is currently working under the supervision of Amanda Zuccaro, LPC.
From Alexis’ experience in juvenile corrections and community mental health, she understands the weight of systemic harm and the exhaustion that comes from surviving in silence. Her approach is collaborative, affirming, and culturally responsive—with room for humor, depth, and the real, unfiltered parts of life.
Whether someone is processing betrayal, learning how to set boundaries—and stick to them—or just trying to figure out what healing looks like when no one taught them how, Alexis doesn’t believe people are broken—she believes that they are carrying more than they should have to. Alexis strives to help people carry the heavy things inside so they aren’t doing this alone.
